Frequently Asked Questions
The statuses in the app are set by your school district or school bus provider.
To receive bus status notifications, you must enable notifications in your device settings and add your bus to My Buses in the app.
- Go to the My Buses tab in the app and verify that your bus has been added. If your bus has not been added to My Buses, go to the All Buses tab and tap the star next to your bus.
- Verify that notifications are enabled for the Bus Status app in your device settings.
If you have followed the steps above and are still not receiving notifications, go to the District tab in the app and tap the Reset App button. You will then need to select your school district or school bus provider and add your bus(es) to My Buses.
Please contact your school district or school bus provider. They are responsible for updating the bus statuses in the app.
